All foreign citizens are required to have valid Russian entry visas for travel to Russia . Your passport and valid Russian Entry Visa will be studied thoroughly by passport control officers when coming and leaving the country, checking-in at the hotels, when traveling by trains, ships, and airplanes with local or international companies. Russian visas are issued by Russian consulates in your home country, based on an invitation from an authorised Russian agent.

- The electronic copy of passport
In the form for Russian Consulate you need to put down the name of the organization written in the invitation as the inviting host.
Demlink Travel Company makes for the exponenets the invitations for one month duration.
The cost of the invitation is - 45.00 Euro.
Submission of documents on the invitation – minimum for 45 days before arrival in Russian Federation .
Term of registration of the invitation is – 16 calendar days. After getting of the invitation you need to submit documents on the visa.
Filling the questionnaire for submission in Consulate of the Russian Federation it is necessary to write Demlink Travel Company as the accepting host during your visit to the Russian Federation .
